A Call to Worship

Nov 23, 2025    Robert Clayton, Judy Jordan

During this sacred moment of worship, the congregation stood in reverence as the Word of God was honored through the reading of both the Memory Scripture and the Scripture of the Day. This portion of the service served as a spiritual centering point, reminding the congregation of God’s goodness and inviting hearts into deeper reflection and praise.

The Memory Scripture was read by Trustee Judy Jordan, who delivered Psalms 100:4 (KJV):

“Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.”

Following this, the Scripture of the Day was read by Trustee Robert Clayton, who proclaimed Psalms 100:1–5 (KJV), calling the congregation into joyful worship and reaffirming God’s enduring mercy and faithfulness across generations.
