Rev. Elvin J. Dowling is a leader, author, activist, and pastor committed to faith, service, and community uplift. Licensed to preach since age 16, he has dedicated much of his work to youth empowerment, including securing two $1 million grants through President Obama’s “My Brother’s Keeper Initiative” to mentor 2,200 at-risk youth. He is also an award-winning author and motivational speaker whose advocacy, family-centered leadership, and public service reflect his commitment to strengthening communities and inspiring future generations.
